DJ Clear | Interview
From New York City, DJ Clear developed his skills at an early age, DJing local clubs and parties. He found himself playing larger venues, and soon enough, he developed a list of clients such as UFC, MTV, HBO, Carmelo Anthony, Fat Joe, Russell Simmons, Rosie Perez, and more. By mixing hip hop, house, and old school favorites with pop and Latin hits, DJ Clear moves seamlessly from one style to another. He’s been featured in magazines such as Urban Latino Magazine, The Source, and Raw Magazine, and television networks such as BET’s Rap City, American Latino TV, Galavision, and UPN. In 2004, DJ Clear secured an endorsement deal with Serato Scratch Live and soon transitioned to Sirius Satellite Radio. In 2008, he collaborated with legendary DJ Baron Lopez, co-producing his Friday Mix show that broadcasted on Magic 97.3 in Puerto Rico. Currently, DJ Clear produces mix shows for the iconic online radio station Ultimate Breaks & Beats and is a member of The Core DJs organization.
