Spitfiya | Interview
Spitfiya is an emcee and songwriter from Compton, CA. At a young age, he competed in local rap contests that landed him on Power 106′s Roll Call show. Spitfiya was retired with an undefeated record and appeared on The Wake Up Show. He was contacted by Eminem and manager Paul Rosenberg for a reality show, The Next Episode, on Showtime. Spitfiya became the face for the marketing campaign, along with 50 Cent, Eminem, and Russell Simmons. Spitfiya signed a deal with Shady/Interscope Records and recorded a mainstream single on the Barber Shop 2 Soundtrack. He collaborated with Anthony Hamilton on the song Make It Home. Spitifya began recording the album Soul Of A Hustler with producers Polow Da Don, Will.I.Am, and Timbaland. Spitfiya has written songs for Flo Rida, B.o.B., Sean Kingston, Lloyd, Timbaland, Nipsey Hussle, and more.
