NOTAR | Interview
NOTAR is an emcee from New Haven, CT with a commanding stage presence, as well as a formally trained jazz trumpeter. At an early age, NOTAR looked to music as a driving force. After attending college on a music scholarship, NOTAR moved to New York City to perform at showcases and open mics. He was recognized by Adam Duritz of Counting Crows, who signed NOTAR to a record deal. In 2010, NOTAR released a self-titled NOTAR EP project. In 2011, he released the debut album, Devil’s Playground, produced by MGeeZy.
