Reef The Lost Cauze | Interview
Reef The Lost Cauze is an emcee from Philadelphia, PA. He began rhyming at age 8 and earned a reputation as a fierce battle emcee by the time he reached high school. In 2001, he recorded his debut album, The High Life, with producer Sleep E and performed locally. In 2003, he released Invisible Empire and distributed it by touring across the U.S. That same year, he earned second place in the Blaze Freestyle Battle. He also won the End Of The Weak grand championship title in 2005. Also in 2005, Reef released his third album, Feast Or Famine. He joined the super group, Army Of The Pharaohs, and was featured on the 2006 album, The Torture Papers. In 2008, Reef released his fifth album, The Stress Files, produced by Stress The White Boy. Reef appeared on AOTP’s 2010 album, The Unholy Terror, and released his 2011 solo album, Your Favorite MC, produced by the Snowgoons. In 2013, Reef re-released his debut album, The High Life.
