King Syze | Interview

King Syze is an emcee from Philadelphia, PA. He began rapping at age 12, influenced by his older brother, Crypt The Warchild, and neighborhood friend, Planetary. Crypt and Planetary became the duo Outerspace and collaborated with Jedi Mind Tricks early in their careers. Syze’s first single was released in 2002, executive produced by Vinnie Paz. In 2003, Size joined Army Of The Pharaohs and is featured on every group album. His debut album, Syzemology, was released in 2006 with features from Vinnie Paz, 7L & Esoteric, Outerspace, Reef The Lost Cauze, Sabac Red, and more. Production is featured by Block McCloud, Louis Logic, Archrival, and more. In 2008, King Syze released his second album, The Labor Union, with production from Team 707, DJ Waxwork, Skammadix, and MTK. His third album, Collective Bargaining, was released in 2011 and entirely produced by Skammadix. It features ILL BILL, Celph Titled, Baby Blak, Burke The Jurke, Blacastan, Diabolic, Jus Allah, King Magnetic, and more. King Syze is featured on albums by Jedi Mind Tricks, Outerspace, 7L & Esoteric, Apathy, and many others. In 2014, Syze released his fourth album, Union Terminology, produced entirely by Skammadix.
